We only use cookies that make the site work. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Cookies we set

All three are needed for the site to work, so there is nothing to switch off. Under UK rules we have to tell you about them, but we do not have to ask your permission.
Other things saved in your browser
These are not cookies. They stay on your own device, are never sent to a third party, and clearing your browser data removes them.
- tokenYour sign-in token, so the app does not have to fetch a new one on every page.
- selectedEventId, lastViewedEventIdThe event you are working on, so you return to it next time.
- cookie-consent, cookie-consent-dateRemembers that you have seen the cookie message.
- event draftAn event you started creating but have not saved, so you do not lose it.
Cookies set by other companies
Two parts of the site load software from another company, which may set its own cookies:
- Stripe, on the card payment window only, to take the payment and check it is not fraudulent.
- Google Maps, on pages that show a map or let you pick a location.
We have no advertising partners and no analytics cookies. The mobile app records which screens are used so we can fix problems, and that is covered in the privacy policy.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the ones above, you will not be able to stay signed in.
