Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Scout Event Manager platform
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Scout Event Manager
• Redistribute content from Scout Event Manager (unless content is specifically made for redistribution)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices

Limited License

Mack IT Consulting Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Scout Event Manager strictly in accordance with the terms of use.

Authorship

All content, design, code, and functionality of Scout Event Manager have been created by the owner and sole software developer of Mack IT Consulting Ltd.
