Start with one free event to try the platform (up to 200 attendees). To run more, choose an annual plan - Bronze, Silver or Gold - for ongoing access with more features and higher participant limits, or buy a one-off Pay-Per-Event credit. The mobile app is always free for attendees.
Pay Per Event is a one-off payment ideal for occasional or one-off events. The annual plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) give you ongoing access to create multiple events throughout the year with progressively more features and higher participant limits.
By card or by bank Direct Debit (via GoCardless) - whichever suits your group. Card payments are instant and let you switch plans or add packs immediately (you only pay the prorated difference). With Direct Debit, plan changes take effect at your next renewal, though you can still add a feature pack any time and we'll just charge the prorated amount. Either way your plan is annual, and all prices include VAT.
Connect your OSM account and choose which sections to import. Names, dates of birth, medical information, dietary needs and emergency contacts come across, and if a parent later updates OSM you can refresh that participant's details. Two-way badge sync is coming soon.
Yes - the mobile app is always free for participants on iOS and Android. Only the event organiser needs an active plan to create and manage events.
Unlike some platforms that charge per scout section (so a group with Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers pays four times), we charge per event organiser. One organiser can run events for any combination of sections within their plan.
